1. Hydraulic Rotary Table

The hydraulic rotary table is controlled by fluid power according to the direction of rotation of the fabric under heavy service conditions, it is diameter of 1700 mm.

(optionally 2000 mm diameter can be designed). It facilitates the processes of superficial form differences such as astringency, twisting etc. that the fabric in form of rope has after the processes of washing and dyeing. They have an extremely rigid constructive structure and they are made of structural steel or stainless steel.

2. Pre-Squeezing Unit

It is the part which is assembled to the front part of the line for the purpose of reducing the amount of water in the content of the fabric after the processes of dyeing and washing. It has a system in which the rubber-coated cylinders are fixed and the desired pressure is obtained with pneumatic bellows.

It is in an assembled-state upon J-BOX before the inlet of de-twister after the rotary table.
It is the part where the fabric in form of rope is fed regularly.

3. Detwister

Automatic de-twister is a unit composing of motorized cylinder, idler pulley and balancing switch system. The movement of fabric is fixed by means of proximity switches and by means of proximity switches and by means of transmitting the signals to the balancing sensor and rotary opening cylinders. It is equipped with a structure that is totally made of stainless steel, that transfers the 3-phase asynchronous motor power to the belt-pulley system by means of an inverter. It is mounted in place with a fixing chassis fitted on a stair-structure. It provides the opening of the fabric which is twisted in form of rope.

4. Expander Basket and Cutting Unit

It is positioned to cut the mayer lines of the fabric by following with the aid of the photocell. By means of  a hand wheel, the diameter of the circular basket can be increased from 300 mm to 800 mm, so that the spread of the fabric is facilitated and permanent weft impairments are prevented.

E+L, mayer  follow-up sensor detects the mayer lines on the fabric and it allows the correct cutting position to be adjusted according to the basket movement.

5. Centering Unit

It is designed for the purpose of taking the tension on the fabric during the process and centering it and a full-length sensor that is mounted to the centering cylinder determines the position of the fabric.
In the Content; it is a group composing of driver cylinders, idler cylinders, fabric centering headstock, double expander, photocell and sensor groups as well as potentiometer reader cylinders.
It also consists of the main construction in which the beater unit is also connected.

6. Enzyme and Filtration

Enzyme tank is a unit where the existing lines are washed with pressurized water and enzymatic residuals are removed, economical and environmental impacts are reduced. It is designed to clean the fabric after process of the enzymes.

It is purified from the enzymes by taking into the fluid filtration until with the enzyme residues after the process of washing and it is introduced back to the system by means of a pump. It is mounted after the slitting unit (E+L) and before the padding inlet.

7. Squeezing and Impregnating Padding Cylinders

The open width squeezing cylinders are used after of washing and dyeing. The group is positioned after the centering unit in the slitting machine and before the Plaiter system. There are two kinds of squeezing cylinders and the first one is used for squeezing in high effect, while the other one is used for impregnation. The impregnation cylinders are used for the penetration of the chemical productions on the fabric. The squeezing cylinders are processed to uniformly collect the moisture across the entire width of the fabric.

8. Double Expander Unit

It allows the fabric to spread perfectly smoothly on the side of width.
The application consists of two wire-sound stainless steel cylinders which can be adapted to the system in different wide-spaced shapes according to the shape and process to be applied on the fabric.
The angular orientation can be changed by a hand wheel. The application is performed manually.

9. Fabric Storage System

It provides the transfer of fabric to the transversal fabric carrier with transfer cylinders. After the fabric passing through the expander cylinders passes through the padding, by passing from the gearbox – driven cylinder, it ends by transferring its cycle inside the machine to the fabric carrier through the aluminum roll cylinders. The construction can be equipped with external protection with stainless or other structural steel types. The width of the spreading (by means of gearbox) can be adjusted from 600 mm to 800 mm. The speed of the motorized system can be adjusted between 5m/ minute and 80m/minute.
