1. Emulsion Preparing Mixer

  • After the pattern and its template are prepared, they are used for preparing printing emulsion in appropriate colors.
  • The quality of the emulsion viscosity affects the maximum color efficiency and touching directly. The colorant is sprinkled into the emulsion according to solution, paste or recommendation and mixed with a mixer. At first, the emulsion or the thickener should be mixed fast and continuously when preparing the emulsion. Slow mixing does not allow homogeneousness. On the other hand, formation of foam is observed when mixing is too fast.
  • At the end of the completion of the procedures, the emulsion is transferred to the storage tanks.
  • In order to do mixing at proper speeds, it is equipped with a dual speed mixer motor.
  • The up-and-down movement of the mixer group is allowed by guiding it via electrical and pneumatic control panel.

2. Wall Type Mixer

  • If the colorants to be added into the emulsion has a structure that Is insoluble or hardly soluble in water, they ust be added to the emulsion after they become solution or dispersion properly. Hardly soluble colorants are added to emulsion after they are solved in wall mixers. Liquid colorants are mixed before they are removed from the drums they are in and added to the emulsion, because the colorant may be deposited. If there is any colorant dried at the edges of drums, they are not taken since they cannot be solved again.
  • Its vertical movement is controlled via a pneumatic system as well. The mixing procedure is done via a double speed motor.

3. Drum Washing Unit

  • It washes the inside and outsde of contaminated drums coming from printing via brushes adapted to inside with pulverized water.
  • An economical showering procedure is carried out via pulverized water transfer; therefore, it has low electricity consumption.
  • The entire construction is made of stainless steel.
  • It is controlled by an electric panel.

4. Vacuum Color Filration Tank

  • The transferred dye is taken to the drum in the bottom part by filtering it through filtration and vacuum unit in the top part. The aim of this is to enable filtering of the dye to be used for the printingprocedure in desired fineness.
  • The vacuum color filtration tank is entirely made of stainless steel procuts.
  • there is a rail system on the inner parts of tanks for easy drum transfer.
  • On the outside, there are also a sealed lid, control panel, and vacuum pump.

5. Drum Lift

  • It discharges the dye that is in the drum by lifting it into the vacuum tank.

6. Emulsion Storage Tanks

  • They are tanks where the emulsion produced in the emulsion preparation mixer is transferred ad stored.
  • They are entirely made of stainless steel products and their capacities vary between 1-2 m³
  • There is a showering pipe at the tank opening and a muffe at the bottom parts for drainage

7. Extra Washers



A handy printing color kitchen is needed in a printing facility in orde to prepare the dye required for the system, for its order, and to ensure its fast circulation. Similarly, washers for cleaning the contaminated procuts in the system after dying speed up and ease the work flow of the system.


Squeegee Washing:
They are units that can wash dyed colors with water and special brushed from outside and with pressurized water and air mixture from inside. The construction is entirely made of stainless steel.


Screen Washing
They are units that can wash screens with water and special brushes from outside and with pressurized water and air mixture from inside.
